BCM is excited to announce this year’s Graduate Trainee Programme aimed empowering talented young engineers as part of our commitment to empower community and drive economic growth which is an essential part of BCM’s mission statement. This programme is designed to provide recent graduates with valuable skills, practical experience, and mentorship opportunities to kickstart their careers and contribute meaningfully to our organization.

Summary:

BCM’s Graduate Trainee Program is designed to train and develop Engineering Graduate who can meet the highest Standards of the leading civil and mining contracting services provider.

Qualification:

Applicants must have Engineering Background i.e. BS, HD (Electrical, Mechanical and Mining Eng.)
Must have completed National Service
Previous internship in the mining industry will be an added advantage
Must be computer literate especially with MS Word, MS Excel, and the internet.

Responsibilities:

This is a challenging program that will require you to work long hours in a “hands on” position under conditions that are sometimes remote and challenging.
