The Chenosis Graduate Programme must, therefore, ensure successful execution in the context of:

- Handling executive and shareholder expectations across all 22 OpCos throughout the transformation

- Keeping up with rapid advancements in systems and technology

Responsibilities
The Graduate in the Marketing role will be responsible for the following Key Performance Areas:
- Executing marketing plans encompassing print, broadcast, and online content.
- Coordinating advertising and internal marketing campaigns; assisting marketing and design teams by organizing and consolidating content.
- Establishing tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
- Conducting market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate coverage.
- This includes partnerships where direct community building is possible, e.g., SME databases.
- Routing all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
- Developing and managing internal communication systems.
- Creating, maintaining, and enhancing the organization’s brand across all media platforms.
- Organizing and simplifying service offerings into user-friendly concepts.
- Supervising production contractors and other promotional vendors.
- Ensuring strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Transforming complex data into easily understandable formats such as graphs, charts, and other visual aids for clients and management.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/brand/communications or a related field (essential).
- A critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research skills.
- Solid organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A post-graduate qualification would be advantageous.
Experience:
- Previous graduate work experience or internships would be a plus.
- A solid understanding of embedded software and programming.
