1. Client Service Assistant
- Provide client services to applicants at all times, in full compliance with the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) contractual obligations and service standards;
- Assist in providing information to the applicants: distribution of forms and checklists; provision of accurate and timely replies to applicants’ enquiries through phone, email, chat and in person; assistance and guidance with value added services;

2. Senior Resource Management Assistant
- Provide overall support to the Resources Management Unit (RMU) in financial, procurement, human resources and other administrative activities;
- Monitor, process and reconcile financial transactions and payments to staff and suppliers in a timely manner, maintain financial records using the IOM Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System in line with IOM financial regulations;
- Contribute to the monitoring of budget versus actual financials for the operational activities of the Regional Office or Country Office;

3. National Infrastructure Officer
- In coordination with the Chief of Party and the Supply Chain Officer, develop a work plan for the on-time completion of all CSSM infrastructure activities and coordinate its implementation within program deadlines.
- In coordination with Field Coordinators, coordinate the organization, supervision, and improvement of CSSM infrastructure activities and ensure technically sound engineering and construction components of these activities.
- Monitor the engineering and construction work of ongoing projects and evaluate the same components for all completed projects.
