Company Overview

After the governments of Ghana (then known as the Gold Coast), Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and The Gambia passed the West African Examinations Council Ordinances in 1951, the West African Examinations Council—a non-profit organisation with its headquarters located in Accra, Ghana—was founded in 1952.
